摘要
目的研究和分析我国食品接触材料的安全性现状和检测方法。方法按食品接触材料的种类分析存在的安全问题,并研究各种检测方法的应用范围。结果与结论食品接触材料的安全性应引起高度重视,现有检验方法均可用于常用食品接触材料的检验,快速检测技术的研究是今后的发展方向。
Objective To study and analyze the present situation and detection technologies on food contact materials in China. Methods Safety problems of different types of food contact materials in catering factories were analyzed, and the application range of detection technology was also studied. Results and Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the safety of food contact materials in catering factories; all the existing detection methods can be used for the safety detection, and developing rapid detection technologies for food contact material is the future research direction.
