摘要
目的探讨创疡贴治疗难愈性创面的临床效果。方法对35例难愈性创面采用创疡贴治疗,并于创面愈合后进行防疤治疗,观察记录创面愈合效果。结果 35例创面全部愈合,愈合时间为10 d～60 d,平均17d,随访6～12个月瘢痕增生不明显。结论创疡贴可作为治疗难愈性创面的一种较理想的敷料。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressings in treating refractory wounds. Methods A total of 35 patients with refractory wounds were treated with MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing, and after wound healing, scar-prevention treatments were adopted collaboratively. Therapeutic efficacies were observed and recorded. Results All of the 35 wounds healed with a healing time between 10 - 60 days at an average of 17 days without obvious hyperplastic scarring during the 6 - 12months follow-up. Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing is an ideal dressing for refractory wounds.
