摘要
本文通过9只家免烫伤前后静脉注射庆大霉素(3mg/kg)的药动学资料对比发现,20%体表面积烫伤后第4d 的家兔庆大霉素血浓度比烫伤前明显降低;烫伤后药动学参数V_1增加(p<0.05),V_β增加不明显(P>0.05),T_(1/2β)缩短(P<0.05),AUC 减小(P<0.05),结果表明,烫伤使庆大霉素药动学发生改变。
Tse effect of scald burn on gentamicin pharmacokinetics was studied in 9 ra-bbits.Single intravenous injection of gentamicin(3mg/kg)was given to each ra-bbit before and after scald burn respectively.Gentamicin serum concentration wasmeasured by bioassay.It was found that sentamicin serum level was lower signi-ficantly in rabbits after 20% TBSA scald burn.The pharmacokinetic parametersalso showed that V_1 increased(p<0.05),T1/2 was shorted(P<0.05),AUC decrea-sed(P<0.05).The results suggested that gentamicin pharmacokinetics could bechanged in rabbits after this experimental scald burn.
