摘要
氢醌是皮肤科常用药物,但易氧化变质.为了阻止其氧化,作者试用β-环糊精等摩尔比包合,并对包合物进行了′H-NMR 等理化分析从而推测,HQ 分子只有一部分被包入β-CyD,也就是一个酚羟基首先进入空腔.仍有一个游离酚羟基,仍能氧化,故利用β-CyD 包合HQ 制备霜剂不能从根本上解决问题。
Hydroquinone is used as a skin depigmentating agent.In order to aroid itsoxidation,the authors made a equal mole Hydroquinone/β-cyclodextrin inclusionCompound to observe its stability.According to′H-NMR technique and othermethods,the authors revealed that only a part of hydroquinone molecule,onephenolic hydroxyl group,was embedded in β-cyclodextrin;a free part of themolecule,another phenotic hydroxyl sroup,was exposed and may be oxidisedreadily.This compound preparation is not stable enough for practical use.
