摘要
灵芝多糖对缺血/再灌注器官、血管内皮细胞株ECV304、原代培养的脐静脉血管内皮及乳鼠心肌细胞的氧化损伤具有保护作用。灵芝多糖可改善小鼠2型糖尿病模型的血流动力学指标,改善心肌超微结构;可使2型糖尿病大鼠胸主动脉糖基化终末产物及其受体蛋白表达抑制;还可降低高脂大鼠的血脂。灵芝多糖的心血管作用多数与其抗氧化作用有关,可能与其增加血浆及组织中的抗氧化酶活性,减少脂质氧化代谢产物,清除自由基有关。
Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides can protect the ischemia-reperfusion organs, and um- bilical vein endothelial cell line ECV304 ,the human umbilical vein endothelial cells and the rat myocardial cell from oxidative injury. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides could ameliorate hemodynamics parameter of type 2 diabetic mellitus (T2DM)rats and the injury of myocardium. It could decrease the expressiola of the advanced glycation end products and the number of receptors of aorta pectoralis in T2DM rats. It could also decrease the level of serum lipid in rats. The mechanism of cardiovascular effects of ganoderma lucidum pol- ysaccharides might be that it increases the activity of antioxidant enzymes and decreases the level of lipid oxidation metabolites,or it scavenges the free radicals.
