摘要
鼠耳肿胀法是常用的抗炎药的筛选实验方法。致炎剂的涂布是个十分关键的步骤 ,对于初学者来说 ,很难在短时间内迅速掌握技巧 ,从而很好地开展实验。快速在鼠耳前后表面中央定点推注致炎剂 ,利用其自然扩展浸润现象致炎 ,方便快捷 ,准确度大大提高 。
Ear swelling model is commonly used in the study of anti inflammatic assay. The method of coating inflamma tic agent on mice's ears is the key step during experiment. Dropping the inflammatic agent on the ear's central section is more effective than daubing it on the whole ear. The comparison is done via experiments of the same person.
