摘要
以安息香酸、诺尔卡门为配体合成了一种新的稀土配合物,用红外光谱、热重差热分析、元素分析和化学分析确定它的化学式为La(C7H5O2)(2C4H6SO2N).2H2O。体外试验表明对MCF-7的增殖有较好的抑制作用。
The complex made from reaction of lanthanum chloride heptahydrate with benzoic acid and thioproline,was characterized as [La（C7H5O2）2（C4H6SO2N）].2H2O,by IR,elemental analysis,chemical analysis and thermogravimatric analysis.The results show that the complex is effective to inhibit the proliferation of MCF-7 cell in vitro.
