摘要
故障定位是故障识别的一个很重要的方面。在本文中 ,简要介绍了运用告警相关的基本原理如何解决电信管理网的故障定位问题 ,并结合作者的工程实际 ,给出了告警相关及故障定位在本地电话网网络管理系统 (HiTMN)中的应用。
