摘要
中国集成电路起步于20世纪60年代中期,经过30多年的发展,已经基本建立了从设计、制造、封装到测试的产业 链架构,并形成一定的发展规模。本文首先从价值链的角度分析了集成电路产业价值链的结构和特点,对我国集成电路产业 价值链存在的问题进行了分析,以及发展中国集成电路产业的对策建议。
At first, the paper analyzes the structure and the characteristics of Integrated Circuit( IC) Industry from the side of value chain, then it discusses its problems. Finally, it puts fonvard some countermeasures for the development of China' s IC industry.
