Study on the Relationship between Technological Innovation Capability and Innovation Performance

摘要对国外研究文献进行了系统分析 ,结合我国制造业企业技术创新实践 ,提出 7个测度技术创新能力的维度。对我国制造业创新型企业的技术创新能力进行了实证调查 ,分别应用相关分析、回归分析和独立样本T检验对2 1 3份调查数据进行了统计分析 ,从不同角度研究了企业技术创新能力与技术创新绩效之间存在的数量关系。研究结果表明 ,它们之间确实存在明显的因果关系。逐步回归分析结果表明 ,R&D能力对中小型企业技术创新绩效贡献的显著性最高 ,大型企业的技术创新绩效则很大程度上取决于资源配置能力。 Based on the extensive literature review and innovative practice of Chinese manufacturing industries, seven dimensions to measure the technological innovation capability (TIC) of firms were proposed. Empirical data was acquired through a recent survey of Chinese manufacturing firms in Beijing, China. The relationship between the (TIC) and their impact on innovative performance in Chinese firms was analyzed in detail by correlation, regression and T-test, respectively. Our findings verified that the TIC contributed indeed significantly to the innovative performance of Chinese firms. Having strong R&D capability could bring considerable positive impacts on the innovative performance in small- and medium-sized firms, whereas resource allocation capability would play a greater role on innovative performance of large-sized firms.
