摘要
大叶胡枝子Lespedeza davidii Franch民间偶尔用其根皮作避孕药,并认为可能有堕胎作用。本文研究了从其根皮中提取的鞣质对小鼠的抗早孕作用。
Tannic acid was extracted from Lespedeza davidii Franch. Oral administration of tannic acid into mice on days 7, 8 and 9 of postcoitus led to an inhibition of pregnancy, and the ED_(50) of interceptive action was found to be 256±44 mg/kg bid×3 d (p=0.95). It was counteracted by the simultaneous SC progesterone 1 mg bid×3 d or hCG 10 IU×3 d per mouse. The magnitude of decidualization, as assessed by weight of the traumatized uterine horn was significantly lower in comparison with that of the controls, and it could be antagonized by simultaneous administration of exogenous progesterone.
