摘要
基于生命周期理论,文章提出了图书馆联盟的发展可划分为酝酿期、组建期、运行期和终止期四个阶段。根据不同的生命周期阶段的特征,分析了图书馆联盟中的冲突原因、冲突类型,并有针对性地提出了图书馆联盟中冲突管理对策。
Based on lifecycle theory, library alliance may be divided into four phases： brewing, constructing, running and ending phases. Moreover, this paper analyzes the causes and the types of conflict in library alliance according to the different characteristics in every phase of lifecycle. At last, the measurements of conflict management in library alliance are put forward to solve these conflicts.
