摘要
区域图书馆联盟的发展模式与发展现状表明,联盟建设中存在区域图书馆联盟发展失衡,缺乏政府统一规划与指导,技术手段单一、服务能力有待提高,资源建设标准不一、资源整合及共享难度加大等问题。应从构建组织保障体系、标准保障体系、政策保障体系3个层面促进可持续发展的联盟资源共享机制。
On the basis of introducing developing models and current status of regional library consortia,authors analyze some problems in the consortium construction.In order to promote the sustainable development of library consortia,authors propose the resources sharing mechanism from three aspects,that is,organization safeguard system,standard safeguard system and policy safeguard system.
