摘要
本文论述了国内外图书馆联盟发展的现状,探讨了副省级城市图书馆建立联盟的可行性,论述副省级城市图书馆联盟的功能以及实现方法,以期对城市公共图书馆建立联盟起到示范作用。
This paper discusses the present situation of the library consortium developing,inquires into the feasibility of establishing library consortium between vice-provincial cities in our country.In the meantime, discusses the function and the achievable way of library alliance between vice-provincial city,and hopes this can play an exemplary role for establishing alliance between city public library.
