摘要
目的 :研究降粘抗栓片对 2型糖尿病患者红细胞膜流动性的改变。方法 :87例病人随机分为抗栓组、丹参组、对照组 ,用荧光分光光度计检测荧光偏振度P值。结果 :降粘抗栓片能降低糖尿病患者荧光偏振度 ,减少MDA的产生 ,提高SOD活性。结论 :降粘抗栓片能改进 2型糖尿病患者红细胞膜流动性。
Objective:To explore the effect of Jiangnian Kangshuan Tablet on the red blood cell membrane fluidity in diabetes.Method:87 cases of diabetes patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Red blood cell membrane fluidity were determined by fluorospectrophotometer.Result:After treated by Jiangnian Kangshuan Tablet for 4 weeks,We found the fluoresecence polarization degree and MDA decreased,the activity of SOD increased.Conclusion:Jiangnian Kangshuan Tablet can obviously improve the red blood cell membrane fluidity,It can be used as a supplementary medicine in treating diabetes patients.
