产品服务系统下的机电产品再制造模式——基于BT公司的案例分析 被引量:10

A General Model of Remanufacturing for Electromechanical Products Considering Product-Service System:A Case Study of BT Industries

摘要 再制造技术作为解决我国废旧机电产品总量激增的一种有效途径,由于人们对其认知程度较低,使企业不愿积极开展再制造活动。针对这一问题,本文在理论回顾的基础上,以当前再制造实施难点为切入点,首先设计了研究框架,提出了研究假设,在此基础上以BT公司为研究对象进行了案例分析。通过研究发现:(1)产品服务系统这一新型商业模式能够推动企业开展再制造活动,其积极作用主要体现在三个方面,即对再制造原料获得、再制造相关信息获取、再制造产品销售的有益影响;(2)提出了产品服务系统下的再制造主体、必要基础和再制造一般流程。 Remanufacturing technology is an effective approach to addressing the problem of a surging amount of waste electromechanical products. However, enterprises are unwilling to remanufacture due to their limited knowledge about this technology. With regard to this problem, this paper reviews previous theories, establishes a framework for analysis, proposes three hypothesis and analyzes the BT Industries as an exemplary case. The following conclusions have been reached through research., firstly, Product-Service System, a new business model, is able to promote remanufacturing activities in enterprises, with beneficial effects on collecting used machines for remanufacturing, acquiring information on remanufacturing, and selling remanufactured prod- ucts; secondly, a summary is proposed, including the remanufacturing subjects, necessary software and hardware and the general process of remanufacturing under the Product-Service System.
