摘要
根据液氮罐内汽相区存在的温度梯度,可逐渐达到降温的原理而研制成功的简易冷冻器,已在全国17个省、市、自治区推广应用。采用该仪器及与其配套的胚胎冷冻—解冻技术方法,对小鼠、绵羊、奶牛、黄牛胚胎进行冷冻试验,取得小鼠冷冻胚胎解冻后培养成活率率为90.7％,孵化膨胀率为77.2％;绵羊和奶牛冷冻胚胎解冻后,形态恢复正常的胚胎比例分别为76.2％和69.4％,移植成功率分别为50％和30％。
Simplified embryo freezer have been developed and have been applied in 17 pro- vinces, cities and autonomous regions of the country. The working principle of simpl-lified freezer is based on the temperature differences in the gas region of LN2 container, which can be used for gradient cooling.The freezing and thawing test of mouse, sheep, dairy cattle yellow cattle embryos were carried out by using the freezer.The ratesoof development and expanding in vitro for mouse embryos after thawing were 90.7% and77.2% respectively.The pregnancy rates in sheep and cow following transfer of frozen-th(?)wed embryos were 50% and 30% respectively.
