摘要
目的:研究腺花香茶菜根的主要化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱层析分离纯化化合物,依据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从腺花香茶菜根70%丙酮提取物中分离得到6个单体化合物,分别鉴定为8(17),13-ent-labdadien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(1)、腺花素(2)、乌索酸(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、7α-羟基豆甾醇(5)、3β-羟基-5α,8α-桥二氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该植物的根中获得,化合物5、6为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To explore the chemical constituents of root of Isodon adenantha.Methods: Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis and chemical evidences.Results: Six compounds were obtained from ethyl acetate fraction of the extract of root of I.adenantha and were identified as 8(17),13-ent-labda-dien-15→16-lactone-19-oic acid(1),adenanthin(2),ursolic acid(3),β-sitosterol(4),stigmast-5,22-dien-3β,7α-diol(5),and 5,8-Epidioxy-5α,8α-ergosta-6,22E-dien-3β-ol(6).Conclusion: Compounds 1~6 were isolated from the root of I.adenantha for the first time.while the compounds 5 and 6 were firstly obtained from this plant.
