摘要
目的:研究药食两用紫红曲Monascus purpureus的化学成分。方法:应用各种色谱技术分离纯化,用MS和NMR分析确定化合物结构。结果:从紫红曲乙醇提取物的石油醚部分分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为:豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1),3-oxo-24-methyl-enecycloarane(2),豆甾醇(3),7β-羟基豆甾醇(4),3β-羟基豆甾-5烯-7-酮(5),3β-羟基豆甾-5,22-二烯-7-酮(6),5α,8α-过氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(7),β-谷甾醇(8)。结论:以上8个化合物除化合物3和7外,其余均为首次从红曲菌属代谢产物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Monascus purpureus metabolite. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography methods, and their structures were determined by spectroscopic methods. Result: Eight compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fraction of ethanolic extract and elucidated as stigmast-4-en-3-one ( 1), 3-oxo-24-methylenecy- cloarane (2), stigmasterol (3), 7β-hydroxystigmasterol ( 4 ), 3β-hydroxystigrnast-5 -en-7 -one ( 5 ), 3β-hydroxystigmast-5,22 -dien-7 - one (6), 5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (7), sitosterol (8). Conclusion: All of the compounds were isolated from this genu for the first time except compound 3 and 7.
