摘要
[目的]研究各因素对裸花紫珠种子萌发的影响。[方法]进行不同成熟度、不同基质、不同新鲜度裸花紫珠种子发芽试验。[结果]裸花紫珠在果实显紫色时种子发芽效果最佳;种子用河沙作萌发基质可以得到较好的发芽效果;新鲜种子比贮藏种子萌发效果好。[结论]该研究可为裸花紫珠的种苗繁育提供技术指导。
[ Objective]The research aimed to study the effects of different factors on the germination of Callicarpa nudiflora seeds. [ Method] The germination experiments on different maturity degree and greenness degree C. nudiflora seeds,different matrix of culture were carried out. [ Result ] The germination is optimal when fruits color of C. nudiflora is purple. The germination rate of fresh seeds is higher than that of stored seeds. Sand is the better germination matrix for seeds germination of C. nudiflora. [ Conclusion] This research could provide technical direction for the propagation of C. nudiflora seeds and seedlings.
