摘要
目的探讨麝香保心丸对高血压左心室肥厚(LVH)患者的辅助治疗作用。方法将高血压LVH患者分为对照组(常规降压组)和麝香保心丸组(降压+麝香保心丸组),两组各65例。疗程为6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后血压水平、临床症状、心电图参数的变化。结果两组病人治疗后收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均显著性下降(P<0.01);治疗后临床症状(心悸、胸闷、气促等)均有显著性改善(P<0.01);治疗后心电图中RV5+SV1及V4～6ST段下垂型下移幅度均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。改善心悸、胸闷、气促等症状及上述心电图参数麝香保心丸组均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论麝香保心丸在降压治疗基础上,进一步改善高血压LVH患者的自觉症状及心电图表现。
Objective To investigate the adjunctive therapeutic effects of Shexiang Baoxin pill on left ventricular hypertrophy（LVH） in hypertension.Methods The hypertension patients with LVH were randomly divided into two groups：The control group（n=65） treated with routine antihypertensive treatment,and treatment group（n=65）treated with routine antihypertensive treatment plus Shexiang Baoxin pill for 6 months.Blood pressure,clinical symptoms（such as palpitation,chest discomfort,dyspnea,et al）,indexes of electrocardiogram were determined at entry and 6 months after treatment.Results Blood pressure declined significantly in both groups after 6 months of treatment（P0.05）,but there was no significant differences in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between two groups（P0.05）.After treatment,the clinical symptoms were improved in treatment group and control group.However,the degree of improvement was more significantly in treatment group（P0.01）.Furthermore,Shexiang Baoxin pill reduced the amplitude of RV5＋SV1 and the sag type V4~6ST more significantly compared with control group.Conclusion Shexiang Baoxin pill had the adjunctive therapeutic effects,which could improve the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram manifestation in hypertension patients with LVH on the basis of antihypertensive therapy.
