摘要
目的研究麝香保心丸辅助治疗高血压并做心室肥厚的临床疗效.方法将2014年2月-2015年8月我院收治的高血压并左心室肥厚患者72例进行随机分组,得对照组（常规治疗）与观察组（麝香保心丸辅治）各36例,对比两组疗效. 结果治疗后观察组的收缩压和舒张压分别为（127.75±19.84） mmHg、（79.74±8.57） mmHg,均显著低于对照组（t=12.72,13.83;P〈0.05）;两组的心率对比无明显差异（P〉0.05）;且观察组的ST段下移幅度为（0.79±0.12）mV,较对照组更低,组间差异具统计学意义（t=11.28,P〈0.05）.结论将麝香保心丸应用于高血压并左心室肥厚的临床治疗中,有利于改善血压状态和心电图,促进病情康复.
Objective to study the heart of musk pills auxiliary treatment of high blood pressure and make the clinical curative effect of ventricular hypertrophy. Methodsin February 2014 - August 2015, our hospital hypertension and randomly assigned 72 patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, the control group （routine treatment） and observation group （heart of musk pills and auxiliary cure） 36 cases, compared two groups of curative effect. Resultsthe observation group after treatment systolic and diastolic blood pressure （127.75 ＋ / - 19.84 mmHg, respectively （79.74 ＋ 8.57） mmHg, were significantly lower than the control group （t = 12.72, 13.83; P 〈 0.05）; Two groups of heart rate compared to no obvious difference （P 〉 0.05）; And the ST segment down rate of the observation group （0.79-0.12） for mV, lower than the control group, the differences between the groups with statistical significance （t = 11.28, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusionthe heart of musk pills was applied to clinical treatment of hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy, beneficial to improve the state of blood pressure and electrocardiogram （ecg）, promoting disease rehabilitation.
