摘要
翻译是一种跨文化交流活动。《论语》蕴含深厚的文化底蕴,在《论语》的翻译过程中再现原作的语言特点和文化内涵,是传达原作风格的根本。本文在分析辜鸿铭《论语》翻译特征的基础上探讨翻译中的文化顺应理论,论证在文化顺应理论指导下,灵活运用各种翻译策略,再现原作语言特点和风格。
Translation is a cross-cultural exchange of information. Based on rich cultural heritage, the translation of Lunyu largely de- pends on the means of conveying the cultural factors in its linguistic style. This thesis probes into the cultural adaptability of translation through the analysis of Lunyu, as translated by Gu Hongming. The conclusion naturally arises that diversified methods should be utilized in translation to realize the cultural adaptability, and to convey the linguistic features and styles of the original work.
