Whiteness meter is a kind of the meters for detecting white rice. It is used to calculate the white rice yield through detecting whiteness of husked and white rice, evaluate the effect of rice milling flow,ascertain the best whitening degree of rice and detect whiteness of white rice. It will be used more widely due to convenience,accuracy,celerity and briefness.
