摘要
激励教育能够激发人的潜能,调动人的积极性、主动性和创造性。在高职学生管理工作中运用激励教育,能够激发学生上进的动力,增强学生的学习积极性,有利于良好班风和学风的形成。本文对高职学生管理中运用激励教育的案例进行了研究。
Incentive education can stimulate one＇s potential, and arouse people＇s enthusiasm, initiative and creativity. Use of incentive and education in the management of vocational students, to inspire motivated students the power to enhance the students＇ enthusiasm, conducive to the formation of a good class spirit and style of study. This paper studies the case of using incentive education in the management of vocational students.
