摘要
目的建立逍遥颗粒中栀子苷的HPLC测定方法。方法色谱柱为COSMOSIL C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(12∶88),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为238 nm。结果栀子苷进样量在0.342~1.712μg范围内与色谱峰面积之间线性关系良好(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为96.9%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为逍遥颗粒的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of geniposide in Xiaoyao Granules by HPLC. Methods The separation was performed on a COSMOSIL Cls (4.6 mm x 150 ram,5 μm) ,with acetonitrile -ware(12:88) as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL . min - 1. The detection wavelength was set at 238 nm. Results There was good linear relationship between the mass and peak area of geniposide in the range of 0. 342 - 1.712μg( r = 0.999 6). The average recovery was 96.9%, and RSD was 1.1% ( n = 6). Con- clusion The established method is rapid, simple, accurate and suitable for the quality control of Xiaoyao Granules.
