摘要
利用可拓集理论建立了基于区间值可拓集的员工绩效评价模型,并应用该模型进行了销售人员绩效评价实例分析。实例研究结果表明该模型通过关联度和等级特征值的计算,可以确定员工的绩效等级以及其在某个等级中的位置,能直观地反映员工绩效水平质与量的变化,而且该方法采用区间值对员工的绩效状态进行度量,反映的信息更加完整,另外采用这种方法不需要对数据进行标准化处理,减轻了计算难度。
The employee performance evaluation model is established through the extension set theory and applied in employee performance evaluation.The model can determine the performance level and in a hierarchy of positions through the calculation of the relationship and level variable characteristic value.The research results show that the interval value extension employee performance evaluation model can be used to describe the conversion process of each employee performance factor from one state to another,which reflects the characteristics of the performance from the quantitative change to the qualitative change,and that the status of the interval value measurement performance factors can be used to reflect more information.In addition,this method does not require the data to be standardized,reducing the difficulty of computing.
