关于农业企业员工绩效模糊评价模式的探讨——以北京某农业类上市公司为例 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前农业企业员工绩效评价方法不合理的问题,本研究构建了一套农业企业员工绩效评价指标体系,详细介绍了两个员工绩效评价的模糊综合评价模型。在应用层次分析法科学确定各项指标权重的基础上,以北京某农业类上市公司为实例,运用二级模糊综合评价模型进行实证分析和研究。结果表明,模糊综合评价模式是一种科学、实用、有效的农业企业员工绩效评价方法,弥补了现阶段农业企业在员工绩效评价方法选择上的不足,为农业企业的人力资源开发与管理提供了技术工具和管理手段方面的支持。 To improve the current inefficient employee performance appraisal methodologies for agriculture industry businesses, this research has defined an indicator system, explaining in details of two fuzzy comprehensive appraisal models, assigning a weight to each of the index based on the analytic hierarchy process. It takes a listed agricultural company from Beijing for example, applying the two fuzzy comprehensive appraisal models for case analysis and test. The result shows that the fuzzy comprehensive appraisal pattern is a scientific, practical and effective method of employee performance appraisal means for agricultural businesses. It is an improvement to the current employee performance appraisal methodology in agricultural businesses, providing a technical and managerial tool for HR development and management for agricultural businesses.
