摘要
由于在ANSYS10.0中建模比较复杂,在PRO/E中将模型建好并作适当的简化,利用数据接口技术将PRO/E中模型传输到ANSYS10.0中,选择合适的单元类型并对模型划分网格,添加边界条件和约束,建立了联轴器的有限元模型。通过对膜片联轴器的结构仿真分析,得到该膜片联轴器的应力分布、位移变形、固有频率,确定了该型联轴器的力学性能,并由实验验证仿真模型的正确性。
For more complex modeling in ANSYS10.0,the model will be built and simplified appropriately in PRO/E.With the data transmission technology,the geometry model created in Pro/E is transferred to the finite element analysis software ANSYS and meshed with appropriate element type.With the adding of boundary conditions and constraints a finite element model is gotten.Through simulation analysis on the structure of the coupling,the coupling stress distribution and displacement deformation,natural frequency,the mechanical properties of this type of coupling are determined and the correctness of the simulation model is verified by the experiment.
