摘要
由于TI蜗杆齿面上的接触线方程是一种超越函数,直接在有限元分析软件ANSYS中建模比较困难。为寻求一种有效的有限元建模方法,充分利用当前计算机软件的互补性,以及ANSYS软件中工作平面和图形布尔操作的强大功能,针对TI蜗杆结构的特点,提出一种基于ANSYS软件的方便快捷的TI蜗杆有限元建模方法,这种方法能够避免过多的人工输入或数据处理,为有效地进行ANSYS的参数化建模提供了有力的手段。这种方法也可用于类似结构复杂曲面的建模。
Direct modeling for tooth surface of Ti worm in ANSYS is difficult for the equations of contact lines is a kind of transcendental function. In order to find an effective finite - element modeling approach, by considering the complementarity of current computer software and the powerful function of working platform and graph Boolean operation, as well as the structural characteristics of TI worm, a convenient and quick method of finite - element modeling of TI worm based on ANSYS software was developed. This approach can help avoid too much manual input or data processing, and provide an advantageous method for effective parameterized ANSYS modeling. This method can be used for the similar modeling of complex - structure cambers.
