摘要
由于轴线间的角向不对中,联轴器旋转时膜片内将产生交变应力,引起疲劳问题。以工程中常见的束腰型膜片联轴器为例,利用有限元软件ANSYS建模,将瞬态动力学方法引入膜片联轴器承受复杂载荷时的应力分析,以模拟其"旋转"状态,研究了转速对于膜片动静复合应力的影响,尤其是对于应力幅的影响,为膜片应力分析提供了一种更为科学的方法。
The disc in the rotating metal-disc coupling produces alternating stresses when the angular misalignment is imposed on the coupling,which will result in fatigue problem.The stress analysis with the finite element method on the scalloped disc couplings is presented,which is the predominant type of flexible metal-disc couplings used throughout the industrial field.A transient dynamic analysis is carried out to simulate the rotating status when the coupling reacts to the various types of misalignment.Also a research about the impact that the rotating speed has on the diaphragm compound stresses,especially on the alternating stresses is developed.The result indicates that it provides a more effective method for the compound stress analysis of metal-disc coupling.
