摘要
对英汉文化差异从三个方面进行了对比，指出了文化差异对语际交流的影响，旨在强调了解文化差异是避免交际失误和提高目的语运用能力的有效途径。
By analyzing the misunderstanding in inter-language communication caused by cultural differences between the English-speaking people and the Chinese, this paper emphasizes that the awareness of the cultural differences is an effective way not only to avoid misunderstanding but also to inprove the ability to use the target－langage properly.
