摘要
某饮料厂汽水车间墙体和地坪产生裂缝。最初认定为基础垫层回填不密实 ,产生不均匀沉降所致。后来情况发展 ,再次调查作对比分析 ,得出结论 :建筑物产生裂缝的主要原因是车间排放的大量废液渗入地下与厚薄不均的垫层中主要成份钢、铜渣发生化学反应产生不均匀膨胀所引起。以往有关铜、钢膨胀有关资料均是新渣在酸性水环境下引起的膨胀 ,且均认为陈渣不具备膨胀特性 ,本文探讨的是钢、铜渣即使是陈渣 ,在碱性环境下也会引起膨胀 ,本文旨在引起业内人士的重视。
Fissures occurred on the walls and pavements of the aerated water workshop of a beverage factory,Intially it was believed they were induced by differential settlement.But it was found later that they are caused by the different swelling pressure created by chemical reaction between the slag and the waste liquid seeped from the workshops.
