摘要
用风选超细粉煤灰、铜渣集料和高性能混凝土外加剂配制了超高强、高耐磨的水泥砂浆 ,用回归旋转试验设计方法探讨了不同水胶比、灰砂比、超细粉煤灰的水泥取代率对 2 8天强度的影响规律 ,优化配比后 ,测试了其优异的强度和耐磨性等性能。

With the incorporation of copper slag as aggregates,superfine flyash and high performance concrete admiktures are used to prepare super high strength and high wearability cement mortar.In this article,the influence rules of water cement ratio,cement sand ratio and the substitute rate of superfine flyash to the 28d strength are tested and analyzed by the method of The Rotatable Design.After the proportion being optimized,cement mortar is prepared for the test of strength and wearability and the test result is proved to be very excellent. 〔
