摘要
在实验室的直流电炉中处理原生和再生铜转炉渣,得到了金属相产物及各种元素在弃渣和金属相之间的分配,在同一设备还进行了交流电贫化的实验,对两种实验结果作了比较。结果表明,直流电炉炉渣贫化反应速度常数较交流电炉的大,其金属回收率也高于同样能耗的交流电炉,本文认为,直流电炉渣贫化,是通过重力沉降,金属化合物的电解还原,电泳及熔池的对流运动达到的。
With primary and secondary converter copper slags treated by a laboratoryD. C. electric furnace, the distribution of metallized products and various elements between discarded slags and metallides has been achieved and discussed.The results were compared to those obtaincd from A.C. impoverishing experi-ment using the same unit. It is shown that not only the D. C. impoverishingreaction rate constant of slag is higher than that by A.C. experiment, but themetal recovery is also higher than that by latter with the same energy consu-mption. The D. C. slag impoverishment is referred to due to gravity sottling,electrolytic reduction of metal compounds, electrophoresis and convection inmelting bath.
