摘要
蚕桑养殖中的蚕蛹含有大量的全价蛋白,经水解可以得到多肽和氨基酸,能作为饲料中的蛋白质添加剂使用。桑叶不仅蛋白质含量高,纤维含量低,还含有多种天然活性物质,是一种很好的畜禽饲料资源。本文介绍了蚕蛹及桑叶在畜禽养殖中起到的作用,使蚕桑业和畜牧养殖业紧密结合,为畜禽养殖提出新的思路和思考方向。
Silkworm chrysalis produced in the breeding of silkworm contains a lot of whole pro- teins, from which peptides and amino acids can be obtained by hydrolysis, and can be used as a protein additive in animal feeds. Mulberry leaf （FoZiurn mori） is a kind of very good live- stock and poultry feed resource, which not only has high protein content and low fiber con- tent, but also contains a variety of natural active substances. This paper introduces the effects of silkworm chrysalis and mulberry leaf on livestock and poultry feed, which make sericulture industry and livestock breeding and cultivation closely combined, and puts for- ward new thoughts and thinking directions for livestock breeding and cultivation.
