摘要
果叶两用无籽桑树品种"大10"属三倍体品种,椹圆筒形,果粒大,汁多无籽,风味独特。果长径2.5～6.2cm,果横径1.3～2.0cm,座果率92.0%～96.0%,平均单芽座果数为5粒/芽,平均单果重4.44g。鲜榨果汁糖度9.0%～13.0%,酸度2.13g/L～5.69g/L,出汁率70.0%～84.0%。"大10"成熟叶片长20.0～24.0cm,宽17.0～20.0cm。1/15公顷种植500株,成林桑园年产果量1488kg以上,年产叶量1650kg以上。该品种是目前种植面积最大的果用桑树品种。
Da10 is a triploid seedless mulberry variety which can be used for leaves and fruits Its fruit is seedless, juicy and delicate taste,and is large size,tube-shaped with length 2.5～6.2cm and diameter 1.3～2.0cm.Its fruit-setting rate is 92.0%～96.0%,fruit amount of individual bud is 5 on average,individual fruit weight is 4.44 g on (average),and juice content is 70.0%～84.0%. Content of soluble solid substances of fresh juice is 9.0°～13.0°Brix while that of acid is 2.13～5.69g/L.Grown leaf is 20.0～24.0cm in length and 17.0～20.0cm in width.Annual yield of fruit and leaf are over 22.32 and 24.75 t/ha in the completed mulberry field that cultivated 7 500 plants per hectare,(respectively).The planting area of this variety is the largest among fruit mulberry varieties.
