摘要
目的:观察胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:将66例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各33例,治疗组予胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗,对照组单纯予多潘立酮口服,4周为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率为97%,对照组为69.7%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胃苏颗粒联合多潘立酮治疗功能性消化不良的疗效明显优于单纯多潘立酮。
Objective Observe the clinical effect of Weisu Keli combined with domperidone on the functional dyspepsia.Methods 66 patients were divided into two groups in random,33 cases were treated by Weisu Keli combined with domperidone in treat group,33 cases treated by domperidone in control group.Both have a course of 4 weeks treatment.Results The effective rate of the treat group’s 97% was better than the control group’s 69.7%（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic method of Weisu Keli combined with domperidone have a better clinical effect than that of domperidone only used.
