摘要
目的采用高效液相色谱法同时测定新橙皮苷、柚皮苷、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量,以控制辛芳鼻炎胶囊的质量.方法CapcellPAKC18色谱柱（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）,甲醇-水梯度洗脱,检测波长230nm,柱温25℃,流速1.0mL·min^-1.结果新橙皮苷、柚皮苷、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的线性范围分别为0.08392～4.196μg（r=0.9999）、0.08368～4.184μg（r=09998）、0.02448～1.224μg（r=0.9999）、0.0228～1.14μg（r=0.9999）.结论该方法简便可行,重复性好,可用来评价辛芳鼻炎胶囊的质量.
Objective To establish a methods for the simultaneous determination of neohesperidin,naringin,imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Xinfang Rhinitis Capsules by HPLC and control its quality. Methods Capcell PAK C18column( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was adopted,the mobile phase was methanol- water gradient elution,the wavelength was 230 nm,the flow rate was 1. 0 m L·min- 1. Results The linear ranges of neohesperidin,naringin,imperatorin and isoimperatorin were 0. 083 92 ~ 4. 196 μg( r = 0. 999 9),0. 083 68 ~ 4. 184 μg( r = 0. 999 8),0. 024 48 ~ 1. 224 μg( r = 0. 999 9),0. 022 8 ~ 1. 14 μg( r = 0. 999 9),respectively. Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and can be used for the quality supervisory of Xinfang Rhinitis Capsules.
