摘要
在教育实践中,教师对学生抱有的期望会有意无意地影响学生的心理和行为,并产生不同的教育效果。立足于分析影响教师期望形成的因素,揭示目前职业教育中一些教师期望的不合理现象,进而对教师形成积极的期望效应和必须遵循的原则进行讨论。
In the process of education,the teachers' expectations will influence the students' psychology and behaviors in different ways.Analyzing the factors that will decide the formation of the teachers' expectations,this paper probes into the unreasonable expectations in vocational education,and proposes the principles through which the teachers can ensure their expectations to be positive.
