摘要
建立测定密骨胶囊中柚皮甙含量的方法。方法 :样品用甲醇超声提取 30 min,在 C1 8柱上以乙腈 -水 -磷酸(2 2∶ 75∶ 0 .0 1)为流动相 ,在波长 2 83nm处紫外检测。结果 :柚皮甙含量测定的线性范围为 0 .0 75 44～ 1.1316 0 μg,线性回归方程为 Y=3 2 37.911+ 2 6 5 2 3.5 8X,γ=0 .9999,平均回收率为 10 1.5 1% ,RSD为 1.96。结论 :该法简便 ,准确 ,重现性好 ,可作为密骨胶囊质量控制的方法。
Objective:A method was established to determine the contents of naringin in Migu Capsule by reversed phase HPLC. Method:The sample was shaken in an ultrasonic bath for 30 min.The contents were determined by HPLC, with a column of C 18 as stationary phase, acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (22:75:0.01) as mobile phase and UV detector at 283 nm.Result:Naringin has a good linearity in range of 0.075 44～1.131 60 μg,Y=3 237.911+26 523.58X,γ=0.999 9. The average recovery is 101.51% and RSD=1.96% (n=5).Conclusion:The method is fast,reliable and simple.It can be provided for quality control of Migu Capsule.
