正交设计优选酶法提取甘草多糖的工艺研究 被引量:13

摘要 【目的】研究酶法提取甘草多糖的最佳工艺。【方法】运用正交设计法设计酶法提取工艺,采用分光光度法测定多糖含量。【结果】酶法提取甘草多糖的最佳工艺是温度40℃、pH值5.0、加酶量5 g.kg-1、提取时间5 h。【结论】酶法提取甘草多糖速度快,提取率高。 [ Objective ] To optimize the enzyme method for extracting polysaccharide from Radix Glycyrrhizae. [Methods] Orthogonal design was used to optimize the processing condition, and the content of Radix Glycyrrhizae polysaccharide was determined by spectrophotometry. [ Results] The optimal conditions were as follows: adding 5 g·kg^-1 enzyme and extracting for 5h at temperature 40℃, pH being 5.0. [ Conclusion ] Enzyme method for extracting polysaccharide from Radix Glycyrrhizae is rapid and effective.
