地衣芽孢杆菌20386株特性及其生态制剂的研究 被引量:27

Biologic Characteristics of Bacillus lichniformis Stra in 20386 and Its Micro-ecologic Activities in Vitro and in Vivo

摘要 作者在1986年从1例正常待产妇女的阴道中,分离出1株革兰氏阳性需氧地衣芽孢杆菌(Bacillus licheniformis)BL_(20386)株。该株体外试验(In Vitro Test)对金葡萄和白念珠菌具有明显的拮抗作用;体内试验(In vivo Test)表明具有调整肠道菌群和治疗作用。对BL_(20386)株的生物特性、生物毒性、生物拮抗、生物耗氧研究显示了安全、有效的指征,符合生态制剂生产用菌株。用该菌株制备的生态制剂—整肠生, 治疗婴幼儿感染性腹泻和非感染性腹泻治愈率分别为70%和85%;成年人细菌感染性腹泻3天治愈率为50%,5天为81%,7天为96.2%。整肠生具有治疗和预防肠道疾病的前景。 In 1986, a strain of Bacillus sp(No. 20386) was isolated from a healthy woman near delivery obtained from a swab, specimen from vagina.The biologic characteristics of the strain 20386 was found to be identical with those of B. licheniformis and so identified as B. licheniformis 20386 by the Institute of Microbiology, Academia Sinica.Its G+C m% was 42 and GLC showed metabolic products of A. A. & L. A. (through Fructose 6 phosphate pathway). Both features were in conformity with those of B. lichniformis. It possesses antibiotic activities as Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albians in vitro as well as modulating action of the microflora of intestinal tract of with mice, chicken, & human beings in vivo. The experimental resulis of its non toxicity (acute & subacute cumulative tests by various routes), its antibiotic action(vs. enterobacteria, cnterococci) in white mice, chicken and human beings as well as its modulating action of intestinal dysbiosis in specific infections (chicken white diarrhoae infantile diarrhoae) and non-specific noninfectious diarrhoae in human beings indicated its usefulness as a micro-ecological agent in clinical enterology. A microecologic preparation with live B. lichniformis 20386 was coined a name Zheng Chang Sheng(an agent for intestinal modulation).Its preliminary use in enteric clinic showed that the percentage of cure in infantile diarrhoae was 70%, (infectious diarrhoae) & 85%(non -infectious diarrhoae). In diarrhoae of adults, it also produced promising results, i.e. its curative rates being 50% in three days'course of therapy, 81% in five days course and 96.2% in seven days'course of therapy. The preparation could also be used for prophylactic use.
