摘要
为了评价4株耐制粒益生菌(地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳链球菌及啤酒酵母制剂)经0.1MPa,65℃制粒后对0~3周龄肉仔鸡死亡率、腹泻率及盲肠菌群的影响,将自制益生菌粉剂按0.3%添加量与1~21日龄肉仔鸡无抗生素日粮混合,制成试验颗粒料(0.1MPa,65℃)。选用1日龄健康的AA肉仔鸡混雏240只,随机分为5组,分别为对照组、地衣芽孢杆菌组、枯草芽孢杆菌组、乳链球菌组和啤酒酵母组,每组4个重复,每重复12只鸡,试验期为3周。研究表明:地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳链球菌和啤酒酵母对改善0~3周龄肉仔鸡的腹泻率和死亡率有一定作用,地衣芽孢杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、乳链球菌可以优化0~3周龄肉仔鸡盲肠菌群结构。
An experiment was conducted using a total of 96 one-day-old Arbor Acres broilers to investigate the effects of 4 strains of probiotics(Bacillus licheniformis ,Bacillus subtilis ,Streptococcus lactis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae ) on diarrhea rate,mortality rate and cecum flora during 0 - 3 weeks of age.Chicks were randomly allotted to 5 treatments by body weight,and each group was 4 repeats with 12 in each repeat.Probiotics were mixed in 1 - 21 days feed at supplement amount 0.3 % ,and were pelleted under the condition of 0.1 MPa,65 ℃.The result showed that:4 strain of probioties could improve the diarrhea rate and mortality rate, optimize cecum flora.
