摘要
以广西产高良姜为原料,用ICP-MS/ICP-AES法测定其化学元素含量,从测定结果看,高良姜中富含K,Mg,Ca等宏量元素,同时也含有Mn,Fe,Zn等人体必需的微量元素,在测定的24种元素中,K含量最高为14200μg/g,其次为Mg,达2400μg/g,微量元素Be,Cd,Tl,Mo,Li,V的含量都低于0.5μg/g,这24种化学元素的含量顺序依次为K>Mg>Ca>Mn>Al>P>Fe>Zn>Na>Ba>Cr>Ti>Pb>Cu>Sr>B>Ni>Co>V>Li>Cd>Tl>Mo>Be。
The contents of chemical elements of Alpinia offtcinarum Hance from Guangxi were determined by using ICP-MS and ICP-AES technique.The results show that the marco elements of K,Mg,Ca and the necessary trace element for human health of Mn,Fe,Zn were rich in Alpinia offtcinarum Hance,and K was in highest,amounting to 14200 μg/g,follow by Mg,reached 2400 μg/g.However,the trace elements contents of Be,Cd,Tl,Mo,Li,V were 1ow,both less than 0.5 μg/g.In order of the contents were KMgCaMnAlPFeZnNaBaCrTiPbCuSrBNiCoVLiCdTlMoBe.
