摘要
以ICP-MS/ICP-AES法联合测定绞股蓝中的19个无机元素,方法的准确性用国家一级标准物质GBW10015、GBW10020对比分析证实,精密度试验大部分低于5%,检测结果显示,本方法检出限低,分析速度快,准确可靠;完全可以满足样品中无机元素测定要求。这19种元素的含量顺序依次为Ca>Mg>P>Al>Fe>Ti>Sr>Ba>Mn>B>Zn>Cu>Ni>Pb>Cr>V>Li>Cd>Co。
The contents of 19 inorganic elements in Gynostemma pentaphyllum were determined by using ICP-MS and ICP-AES technique.The accuracy of the methods are verified by comparative analysis of the standard reference material GBW10015 and GBW10020,and most of precision RSDs were lower than 5 %.The analytical results indicated that this method had low detection limits,high accuracy and precision.This method was applied to the determination of inorganic elements in the sample of Gynostemma pentaphyllum.The contents of elements were Ca 〉Mg〉P〉Al〉Fe〉Ti〉Sr〉Ba〉Mn〉B〉Zn〉Cu〉Ni〉Pb〉Cr〉V〉Li〉Cd〉Co
