摘要
目的:探讨鼻中隔穿孔手术方式,并研究影响鼻中隔穿孔修补手术成功率的相关因素。方法:根据鼻中隔穿孔的不同病因部位及面积,采用不同的手术方法,以提高手术的成功率。结果:经过采用不同的手术方式,大大提高了手术修补的成率功,尽可能缩短愈合时间,减轻患者经济负担,减轻患者病痛。结论:不同的手术方式适合不同的鼻中隔穿孔病例,使手术修补成功率大大提高。
Objective：Septal perforation operation method,and study on septal perforation repair the success rate of related factors.Methods：Based on the septal perforation of different causes parts and area,using different surgical method,in order to improve the success rate of surgery.Results：After using different operation method,greatly improving the surgical repair of success,shorten the healing time as far as possible,reduce the economic burden patients,reducing pain patients.Conclusion：Different operation method suitable for different septal perforation cases,surgery to repair the success rate is greatly increased.
