摘要
目的探讨鼻内窥镜手术并发症的分类、发生率、发生机理和预防。方法对１９９１年２月～１９９５年１０月间施行的１０８９例（１３５７侧）手术中６２例并发症进行分析。结果失明１例，球后血肿１例，眶内炎性肿块２例，脑脊液鼻漏２例，鼻泪管损伤２例，鼻中隔穿孔２例，大出血３例，眶周瘀斑和气肿１４例，鼻腔粘连３５例。总发生率为５．７％，其中严重并发症为１．２％，轻微并发症４．５％。结论熟悉并发症发生机理和合理的并发症确认、分类及计算方法，对于预防和客观评价并发症是重要的。
Objective To study the classification, incidence, mechanism and prevention of complications of nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods Sixty two complications among 1 089 cases of nasal endoscopic surgery between February 1991 and October 1995 were analyzed. Results The types of complication included blindness ( n =1), retrobulbar hemmorrhage ( n =1), inflammatory mass in orbit ( n =2), CSF ( n =2), nasolacrimal duct injury ( n =2), nasal septum perfoation ( n =2), hemorrhage ( n =3), periorbital emphysema or ecchymosis ( n =14) and adhesion ( n =35). The total incidence was 5.7%, the incidence of major complications was 1.2% and minor complications 4.5%. Conclusion The classification, estimation, mechanism and prevention of complications of nasal endoscopy were discussed, care should be taken to avoid the occurrence of complications and it is important to find and treat complications timely and accurately.
