摘要
采用 Seldinger'法对 6例局部晚期的乳腺癌进行灌注化疗 ,结果 ,6例患者肿瘤均有不同程度缩小 ,原固定的肿瘤可推动 ,并能行外科手术切除 ,经随访 2例于术后 1年余死于广泛转移 ,另 4例健在 ,生存超过 16～ 2 4个月 ,局部未见复发。认为介入化疗能使局部晚期的乳腺癌肿缩小 ,为手术切除肿瘤创造条件 ,同时可使部分原属较晚期的乳腺癌最终获得根治性治疗。
