摘要
目的探讨局部晚期乳腺癌采取新辅助化疗联合外科手术治疗的效果。方法 58例局部晚期乳腺癌患者,根据入组奇偶顺序分为观察组与对照组,各29例。对照组患者采取根治术治疗,观察组患者先实施新辅助化疗2~3周期后2周内开展外科手术治疗,两组患者术后均予以常规化疗手段,比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组患者临床总有效率为79.31%,明显高于对照组的58.62%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后肿瘤复发率与转移率明显低于对照组,观察组随访1年生存率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论局部晚期乳腺癌采取外科手术治疗切实可行,若能联合新辅助化疗处理后再实施手术治疗可改善预后,值得借鉴。
Objective To investigate the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with surgical therapy for locally advanced breast cancer. Methods A total of 58 patients with locally advanced breast cancer were divided into observation group and control group according to the parity order of the group, 29 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with radical resection, patients in the observation group were treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy for 2 to 3 cycles at first, followed by surgical treatment within 2 weeks. Patients of two groups were given conventional chemotherapy after surgery, and the clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 79.31%, which was significantly higher than 58.62% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The postoperative tumor recurrence rate and metastasis rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the 1 year survival rate of followed up in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical therapy for locally advanced breast cancer is feasible. If the implementation of surgical therapy after combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can improve the prognosis, it is worth learning.
